Somali Aid Mission team participated in a capacity-building training in Mogadishu from November 26th to 28th, 2024. The training was jointly organised by the Global WASH Cluster (GWC) Wash Cluster Somalia and Ministry of Energy and Water Resources Somalia, the training focused on enhancing the technical skills and knowledge of local partners, strengthening the role of women in humanitarian response and decision-making processes, promoting gender equality and inclusion in WASH programming, and integrating GBV considerations into WASH activities. By investing in the capacity of local partners, the Somali Aid Mission aims to improve the quality and effectiveness of humanitarian response efforts in Somalia.
